Buyer Persona – Consideration Stage
When the consumer realises they have a problem to be solved and start to investigate solutions, they have entered the consideration stage of the Buyers funnel. At this stage they will be looking for the best solution, comparing products and looking at our competitors too. This is where we need to nurture and build our relationship with the consumer, establishing trust in our brand.(Sellers, 2020)
